Last updated: October 22, 2026
1. Operator of the website and scope of these terms
The website VELORIVA, at velloriva.com (the "Website"), is operated by Zohara Sheli Ltd., Company No. (H.P.) 516134392, Bialik 32, Beit Shemesh, Israel (the "Business").
Use of the Website and purchases made through it are subject to these Terms of Service, our Shipping Policy, our Cancellation, Returns and Refund Policy and our Privacy Policy, as presented to you before the purchase. If these terms conflict with a mandatory right under law, the law prevails.
2. Information about the products sold
The Business is responsible for publishing correct, clear and up-to-date information about the material characteristics of the products, their price, payment terms, the date and manner of delivery, warranty and the right to cancel.
Information about dimensions, specifications, use, country of manufacture, manufacturer identity, limitations and safety appears on the product page or is provided in the transaction details document where required by law. Our products are manufactured in China; the Business is the seller and not the manufacturer, and the manufacturer and country of origin of a product are stated on its product page where they differ or where the law requires.
Photographs may be for illustration only, but this does not reduce the obligation that the product supplied must match the description, the specification and the commitments given to the consumer. We do not make performance promises or health and safety claims on the Website that cannot be substantiated.
3. Placing an order
To buy a product, you choose the products, enter your contact and delivery details, review the final price, shipping costs and the terms that apply, and confirm the order using the payment methods offered on the Website.
When you place an order, we send you a message with the transaction details as required by law, including the products, the price, contact details, delivery terms and how to cancel the transaction. Acknowledgement of an order does not release the Business from its obligations once a valid transaction has been made.
If a product is unavailable or there is a material error in the transaction details, the Business will notify you without delay, will not make an unagreed charge, and will act to correct, cancel or refund in accordance with the law and your agreement.
4. Prices, payment and charges
The total price payable, applicable taxes as required by law, and any shipping or service fee are shown before you confirm payment. The charge details are recorded and a transaction document is provided to you as required.
Payment is processed through the payment methods shown at checkout by a payment services provider. Please do not send full credit card numbers or sensitive information to the Business in service inquiries.
5. Shipping, delivery and customer service
The Business is responsible towards its customers for fulfilling its contractual and legal obligations, including delivery of the products, handling of inquiries, and carrying out cancellations and refunds. Using shipping or logistics providers does not remove responsibility that cannot be waived under law.
Details of the shipping policy are on our Shipping Policy page, and contact details are on the Contact page. You can reach customer service by email at robindorlimited@gmail.com or by WhatsApp at +972-52-689-4462, Sunday to Thursday, 09:00-16:00 (Israel time), excluding Israeli public holidays and holiday eves.
6. Warranty and defects
A commercial warranty, where offered by the Business or the manufacturer, is described on the product page and in the relevant warranty document, including its duration and scope.
Your rights under the Sale Law, the Consumer Protection Law and other applicable law apply in every case and are not removed by commercial warranty terms. If a product is defective or does not conform, the Business will provide a response and remedy in accordance with the law. Please contact us as soon as possible after you discover a defect.
Nothing in these terms excludes or limits liability for personal injury, misleading conduct, defects, non-conformity, or any liability that cannot be limited under law.
7. Cancellation and refunds
The ability to cancel, how to submit a notice of cancellation, the return of products and refunds are set out in our Cancellation, Returns and Refund Policy, in accordance with the Israeli Consumer Protection Law.
A prominent link to give notice of cancellation appears on the home page of the Website, next to the other cancellation methods, as required by law. You can also use the Cancel an Order page.
8. Intellectual property and fair use
The content, designs, trademarks and original materials published on the Website are subject to intellectual property laws. You may not copy or make commercial use of the content without permission, except for uses permitted by law.
You may not interfere with the proper operation of the Website, act fraudulently, or use identification or payment details without authorization.
9. Website operation and information security
The Business works to maintain the Website and to handle faults in a reasonable manner. Temporary outages may occur because of faults or maintenance; they do not reduce your rights in relation to an order that has already been placed.
The collection of personal information, the purposes for which it is used, sharing with providers and your rights are described in our Privacy Policy.
10. Changes to these terms and inquiries
The Business may update these terms for the future. A change will not reduce rights that arose in a previous transaction or commitments given to you at the time of your order.
For questions about these terms: robindorlimited@gmail.com, WhatsApp +972-52-689-4462. Israeli law applies to transactions to the extent it applies under conflict-of-law rules; nothing in this paragraph removes mandatory consumer rights or jurisdiction rules that cannot be waived.
