You can give notice of cancellation by email, by WhatsApp message, by post to the business address above, through the online form on our Cancel an Order page, or through the "Cancel an Order" link on the home page. We recommend stating your name, contact details and order number so we can identify the transaction. You are not required to provide any information that is not needed under law.

Cancelling a distance purchase

As a rule, a consumer may cancel a purchase made on this website from the date of the transaction until 14 days after receiving the product or receiving the transaction details document required by law, whichever is later, subject to the exceptions set out in the law.

Where the transaction included a conversation with a representative of the business, including by electronic means of communication, a senior citizen aged 65 or over, a new immigrant as defined in the law, or a person with a disability as defined in the law may be entitled to a cancellation period of four months from the latest of the date of the transaction, receipt of the product, or receipt of the transaction details document. We may request appropriate proof as permitted by law.

How to give notice of cancellation

To cancel, please send a clear notice through one of the methods listed above and state the order details to the extent needed to identify it. Using the website form is not the only permitted method.

After we receive your notice we will confirm that it is being handled, as required by law. We recommend keeping a copy of the message you sent.

Refunds and cancellation fees

For a lawful cancellation made solely because of a change of mind, we may charge a cancellation fee of no more than 5% of the transaction price or NIS 100, whichever is lower, in accordance with the law.

For cancellation because of a defect in the product, non-conformity to the description or to the order, failure to deliver on the agreed date, or any other breach by us, no cancellation fee is charged.

We will refund the amounts due to you under the law within 14 days of receiving your notice of cancellation, by cancelling the charge or refunding the amount to the relevant payment method, in accordance with the law.

Returning products and return shipping costs

Where you cancel because of a change of mind, you must return the product to us at: Bialik 32, Beit Shemesh, Israel, and you bear the cost of the return in accordance with the law. You should also return any product or gift you received in connection with the transaction, to the extent the law requires.

Where cancellation is because of a defect, non-conformity, failure to deliver on time or any other breach by us, you may make the product available to us at the place where it was delivered, and the handling of its return is our responsibility under the law.

We recommend keeping the packaging and proof of purchase for efficient handling. The absence of the original packaging is not, by itself, a blanket condition that removes your cancellation right under the law.

Exceptions

The law provides exceptions to the right of cancellation for some types of products, for example perishable goods, goods made specially for the consumer in the circumstances listed in the law, digital information, and copyable media whose packaging has been opened. An exception applies only where its conditions are met under the law, and not because of a general heading on the website.

If we offer a trial period, an additional refund guarantee or any benefit that is better for you than the law requires, the exact terms will be published on the product page and will apply in addition to your statutory rights. No right that was promised in advertising is reduced.

Faulty product, non-conformity or inquiry after receiving a product

If you received a defective product, a product different from the one you ordered, or a missing item, you can contact us by email at robindorlimited@gmail.com or by WhatsApp at +972-52-689-4462, with your order details and a description of the problem. A photo can help, but it is not an automatic precondition for exercising a legal right.

We will respond in accordance with the Israeli Consumer Protection Law, the Sale Law and applicable law. Nothing in this policy limits your statutory warranty rights.
